What are your hours of operation for Customer Service?
Winn Dixie associates can call Toll Free 1-800-433-3036. The hours of operation are 8am until 5pm, Monday through Friday to a live Customer Service Representative within 30 seconds. During non-operation hours callers may leave a voicemail for a Customer Service Representative or a Claims Examiner and the CSR or Claims Examiner will return their call within 24 hours.
